Short- term interbank rates are expected to remain stable Wednesday with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) intervening to reduce excess liquidity from the financial system. BNM estimated today's liquidity at RM36.57 billion in the conventional system and RM11.08 billion in Islamic funds.
